Our Returns Policy

  • Refunds and exchange are not provided for change of mind or sale items.  
  • Return products are to be in their original condition, tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained.
  • Return Postage will need to be covered at your own expense.
  • Only faulty products can be exchanged or returned for store credit
  • For faulty products, please contact or email the store within 5 days after receiving your items with an image of the faulty garment.
  • Returned item(s) will need to be addressed by email to the respective stores
  • Our friendly team will aim to get back to you within 1-2 business days to rectify the situation.


Faulty garment will be exchanged with the same available stock, if there are no available stock, a credit note will be given.
